Today was my first workout with the new knee brace and I just had to tell everyone how great it was!  My shins hurt while my bad knee stayed strong and secure.  Seriously thinking about getting a compression sleeve for my shin on that leg too.  I’ll be super sexy at the gym, but at least strong and hopefully without shin splints.  Anyone have one to suggest?

Hope everyone had a fantastic weekend!  I learned that when the doctor tells you to wear your knee brace all the time, DO IT!  I haven’t been wearing it everyday because it drives me nuts pulling it up all the time, but by yesterday my knee was throbbing and I was stuck in bed with magic bags and medicine.
